Sunday 9/18: Chester County Restaurant Festival
12-5:30pm On Gay Street
Without a doubt, the biggest event this month has to be the Chester County Restaurant Festival. West Chester Parks & Recreation present the best restaurants in the Brandywine Valley, right here in your town. The festival is on Gay Street between Matlack and Darlington. Seven bands will play throughout the day, and the Beer and Wine Garden is open at Gay and Church, serving up food and brews to those 21 and older with all proceeds benefiting West Chester Parks & Recreation’s “Send A Kid To Camp” fund. The Chester County Culinary Cook-off begins at 2:30pm on the steps of the historic Courthouse where chefs compete for the title of Best Chef in Chester County.
