During his inaugural speech in 1961, JFK called on his generation to question the role of government and take pride in personal responsibility: “Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.” Though that line is often quoted, it’s all too rarely acted upon. The Bartenders Ball is your chance to act.
The Bartenders Ball brings together service industry members from across the county to help raise funds for the West Chester Police Department. Last year the event raised $10,000. This year we’re hoping to build on that success, with a goal of $15,000 – enough for the WCPD to purchase another sorely needed cruiser.
Please join us on Sunday, January 29 at the Chester County Historical Society for a night of great music, good food and – of course – plenty of drinks… it is the Bartenders Ball, after all.
