TEDxWestChester, a local independent offshoot of the well-known speaker series, presents a well-informed discussion on value propositions.
What’s It Worth?
A group of five TEDx speakers are coming to West Chester University on May 21 to share their perspectives on the concept of value. “What’s It Worth” is the main topic of discussion, digging deeper into the local community and the impacts on education, public health, community-building and local economic investment.
This will be the second-annual TEDx presentation held by TEDxWestChester, an independent non-profit organization seeking to bring the community together through a common idea. TEDx presentations are well known for their foundation on brief but informative ideas provided in an intimate discussion to the audience.
Last year the TEDxWestChester event sold out in the first five days and even developed a wait list for eager attendees, establishing its reputation as a popular event.
Speakers presenting at the TEDxWestChester event include: musician and composer Arthur Lipner, Emmy award-winning NBC10 news anchor Tracy Davidson, executive director of Music for Everyone, John Gerdy, professional photographer Darcie Goldberg, and former TEDxWestChester volunteer Molly Nece. Each presenter will deliver a well-informed presentation worth great value regardless of monetary value.
The TEDxWestChester program will be held at Main Stage Theater in West Chester University’s E.O. Bull Center for the Arts. This event will start promptly at 6:30pm and ends at 9pm. Following the event, a meet and greet session will be held for the audience as an opportunity to seek a more personal experience with the TEDxWestChester presenters.
