Get ready to run! The DubC Annual 4miler Race is right around the corner. On Friday June 5th at 7pm, the race will begin outside Kildare’s Irish Pub on Gay Street in Downtown West Chester. Run in support of a good cause, the race will benefit the Chester County Down Syndrome Interest Group and the Parkinson Council. If running is not your forte, there will be a two-mile walk for participants.
In addition to the 4mile race and two-mile walk, children can participate in a Diaper Dash for ages 3 and under, a Tot Trot for ages 4-8 and a kid’s mile run for ages 9-13. The children’s races will begin at 6:40pm, and all children participating in the race will receive a medal and a t-shirt. Entry for children’s races is $5.
Entry fee for adults is $25 through June 3rd, $30 on race day. The top 5 females and top 5 males will receive awards for their accomplishments. For more information visit here or email your questions here.
