On Monday October 26th. the 4th Annual Steppke Golf Outing was held at Barnaby’s of West Chester. The event was started in memory of Jerry Steppke, who as an accomplished of the FOP Lodge #19 for 25 years. This year’s event also benefited Barnaby’s very own bartender, Ariel Johnson.
During the day a golf tournament was held at Penn Oaks Golf Course, located on Rt 202. Following the golf tournament was a night of food, fun and drinks at Barnaby’s of West Chester to celebrate life and raise money for both Jerry and Ariel. Guests were full of energy and excitement throughout the whole evening, even after playing an afternoon of golf.
The benefit included family, friends, local residents and West Chester Cops. All gathered to participate in silent auctions, raffles and free giveaways. Awesome raffles were donated from local businesses such as Side Bar, Saucey’s Pizza, Saloon 151, Ryan’s Pub and more. Also being auctioned were framed autographed Eagles photographs.
