The Annual West Chester Halloween Parade will take place on Thursday, October 29th at 7:00 pm due to weather conditions. The parade will begin on Market Street between Church and Darlington Street.
The streets will be full of ghosts, goblins and more characters along with floats, cheerleading teams and marching bands. The West Chester Halloween Parade is a fun time for all ages, especially the young ones to show off their costumes and collect candy.
