Join over 800 West Chester community residents as they gather for the March for Babies on Sunday, April 24th. The event will take place in West Goshen Community Park. Funds raised will benefit improving the health of local babies in the West Chester community. During the event enjoy a family fun area, face painting, music and a moon bounce for entertainment.
The March of Dimes Mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. The 2016 West Chester Ambassador Family is David Loehlein, son of Philip and Julia Loehlein.
David was born 12 weeks early and spent 95 days in the NICU, on oxygen for his lung disease due to his premature birth. David’s parents, Julia and Philip, appreciate the significant role March of Dimes research played in aiding David to good health. Their story will be shared to help raise awareness for March of Dimes, as well as hope for other families experiencing the same difficult situation.
