On Wednesday, April 27th The West Chester Food Co-op will be hosting an event at Rapidough Pizza on High Street. Enjoy delectable pizzas from 6 to 8 pm with Chef Nick Farrell.
A variety of wild pies including ingredients such as ramps, nettles, mushrooms and more will be featured during this event. If wild food is not your forte, do not worry, Rapidough offers a menu full of other great options, and even the freedom to create your own pizza.
Be sure to mention the Food Co-op and give your receipt to the attendant at Rapidough to donate a portion of your bill to the Food Co-op.
Members of the Food Co-op will be at the event with a table presenting a basket of ramps and Co-op tested ramp recipes. Also, their beer sponsor, Iron Hill Brewery will be providing complimentary Iron Hill brews for member-owners and their guests. What pairs better than pizza and beer?
