Things are going to be heating up on the streets of West Chester because on Sunday, October 9th, the 14th annual Chili Cook Off is back!
Support the Rotary Club of West Chester in their efforts to raise money to do good in the community and globally, while supplying you with a variety of chili and vendors in town!
This rain or shine event will take place Sunday, October 9th from 10:30am – 3:30pm. There will be various booths set up throughout Gay Street, with the cook-off, games, live music and over 40 vendors! After sampling all the different chili offered, you can vote for your favorite.
In order to participate in the cook-off and take samples, you will need to buy a wristband. All proceeds from the wristbands are going to the Club’s distribution of grants to local and international non-profits. You can buy discounted wristbands in advanced, 3 for $30, including 3 voting nickels per wristband. That’s a total of 9 voting nickels all at the amazing price of $30! This sale goes from now until October 7th. Discounted wristbands will be sold at different locations. To see a full list, click here. If you can’t make the pre-sale, wristbands will be for sale at the event for $12.
There will be a variety of vendors, from restaurants and cafes to boutiques and businesses. Shop around and learn more about these businesses while trying the best chili in West Chester.
