We’re bringing back the original party! The West Chester Bartender’s Ball is back this month and we want to see you there!
Join The WC Press at the Chester County Historical Society for the West Chester Bar and Restaurants Industry’s annual fundraising gala, Sunday January 29th, from 6pm-11pm. After a year hiatus, we’re making this year’s ball bigger and better than ever. We’ve teamed up with Beam Suntory, the parent company behind some of your favorite liquor brands, and taking you back to the 1920s. Prohibition is hitting West Chester for the night and we’ll be at the hottest speakeasy. So, girls, grab your most glamorous flapper dress, and guys get a hold of your classiest suit for this one.
On top of being one of the biggest parties in town, The Bartender’s Ball is hosted to raise funds for local organizations.
The event has donated more than $30,000 to the West Chester Fire Department, Police Department and the Chester County Hero Fund, among others.
Not only do our first responders benefit, but so do you. At the event, attendants will enjoy a five hour open bar, stocked with premium liquors provided by Beam Suntory. Beer, wine and food catered by local restaurants will also be served throughout the night. Don’t forget to bring your best moves because there will a DJ, live music and dance floor waiting for you when you get there. For those not feeling the beat, there will also be raffles, giveaways and even a chance of games.
Doors open at 6pm and food and drinks will be served until 11pm. To continue the party, head over to Saloon 151 right after for the official after party. If you’re over 21 and can provide ID at the door, buy your tickets now and make sure you’ll be allowed into the biggest party of the year. Want to get your tickets early? Good thinking.
