May is here and the weather is beautiful. What better way to spend your first Friday this May than strolling through the streets of West Chester for an evening of art, dining and shopping at the annual Spring Gallery Walk.
Hosted by the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, the 27th annual Spring Gallery Walk will be happening in town this Friday, May 5th. From 5pm to 9pm, enjoy taking a look at local to international artists on top of the amazing restaurants and boutiques that make our town so wonderful.
Local, National and International Work
Throughout town, there will be six prominent galleries that have teamed up with more than three dozen additional one night only show hosts. So, this Friday will be the only chance you get to view this work. Keep a look out for signs and brochures to help you navigate your way through these galleries and shows. Official Gallery Walk hosts will have signs on their doors and will indicate their status as Chamber of Commerce members to help you know where you’re going.
Work in the galleries include artists from the area, to across the country, to even across the sea! Enjoy national and international work. From contemporary to traditional, there will be tons of paintings, watercolor, sculptures, photography and more for everyone to enjoy.
