By the light of the constant moon, bring your family and friends to Everhart Park tonight for a free, one-time only performance of “Romeo and Juliet” at 7p.m. by the Commonwealth Classic Theatre Company! Relax in the park on your own blankets and chairs and relive this classic tale of star-crossed teenage lovers, as they yearn to be with each other despite their feuding families, the Montagues and the Capulets.
Commonwealth Classic Theatre Company has been professionally performing cultural arts within communities for 13 years. It is directed by Kathryn MacMillan. In the summer season, they reenact classic Shakespeare stories with their very own “Shakespeare in the Park” performances in West Chester and the surrounding towns.
