When 5 o’clock rolls around on Friday night, the weekend has begun! This a time for celebrating all of the hard work you accomplished this past week. Need new and exciting ideas for a Friday Happy Hour? Come to the American Helicopter Museum from 5pm-9pm tonight for their “Hops and Helicopters” Happy Hour. This thrilling event will act as a Craft Beer and Home-Brewing Festival and will feature delicious craft beer tasting, souvenir beer glasses, and multiple food trucks! You can also play games while you’re there and sample various kinds of home-brewed beers.
Breweries:
Below is a list of the breweries that will be providing their beers for tonight’s event.
- Sir Charles Hard Cider
- Sly Fox Beer
- Stable 12 Brewing Co.
- Dressler Estate Cidery
- Kennett Brewing Company
- Artisan Homebrew
- Root Down Brewing Co.
- Locust Lane Craft Brewery
I spoke with Nick Vecchio, account manager for the WC Press, who is excited for this event.
“Happy Hours provide an enjoyable way to unwind after the work week,” he said. “It’s very cool that we can have that Happy Hour experience surrounded by helicopters!”
Live music will be played as you enjoy your Happy Hour with your friends. Featuring a band called The Unbearables, the only thing unbearable about them will be how great they sound.
To partake in this event, visit the American Helicopter Museum online for more information about tickets for tonight. Tickets will cost $30 in advance per person and $35 per person at the door. But most importantly, whomever of your friends is acting as the designated driver tonight will get in for only $10. Anyone who is under 21 can also buy a ticket for only $10.
The American Helicopter Museum holds hours of operations Wednesdays through Saturdays 10am to 5pm, and on Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. Make sure you plan your next visit to check out their exhibits!
