Originally launched by Albert and Kim DelVescovo four years ago as Baco Juice & Taco Bar, Jaco has since been renamed due to some competition for the Baco name. But, they still offer the same fresh fair with a focus on healthy eating.
“We were in the pizza industries all of our lives, but my dad, Albert, just wanted to serve trendy and healthy food, and it’s grown into a really popular business,” says Sophie DelVescovo, one of the children who work in the family business. “It’s so special to work with your friends and be around your close friends all the time,” she says.
