It’s that time of year again! Get ready to celebrate diversity and equality at the Chester County Pride Festival!
Join the LGBT Equality Alliance Saturday, June 3rd to Sunday, June 4th, and spend the weekend celebrating pride with two great events.
Pride Festival
Starting Saturday, from 12pm-5pm, come down to Reeves Park in Phoenixville for the second annual Pride festival. With food, games, vendors and music, it’ll be a celebration to remember. There will be tons of opportunities to meet community members all while shopping local vendors and listening to live music. Don’t forget a blanket so you have somewhere to sit!
The day will be filled with a variety of performances. Here’s what’s on the schedule:

This event is completely free. All ages are welcome! Activities will begin at noon and will take place at the intersection of 2nd Ave and Main Street at Reeves Park in Phoenixville.
Pride Gala
The celebrations don’t end Saturday. On Sunday, make your way to the Desmond Hotel in Malvern from 4pm-9pm for the Pride Gala. Get all dolled up for dinner, dancing, raffles, musical performances and much more.
Bust a move to the music of Lauren Ferretti and after winding down, take a seat to listen to the guest speaker, Ari Bowman. End the night with a talk from this year’s keynote speaker and comedian Matteo Lane. Based in New York, Lane is known for making people laugh. He currently is a member on MTV’s GirlCode, GuyCode and Joking Off. You won’t want to miss out on getting the chance to see him live!

About Pride
Pride is hosted by the LBGT Equality Alliance, a non-profit in Chester County. This organization serves the LGBT community by putting their efforts towards creating a safe and supportive environment here in Chester County. They strive to break down the walls of communication between residents of Chester County and those in the LGBT community. Chester County is home to many people and no matter how you identify, this organization is here to help make your home feel as safe as it can be.
